We use Zoom for online self-help meetings.

Data processed: Name, email address, participation metadata, chat and voice contributions
We do not record meetings unless explicitly announced and approved by participants.

Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR – meeting participation
Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR – voluntary input / consent

Data transfer to third countries:
Zoom may transfer data to the USA. Zoom complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
A DPA is in place.
